We begin by traveling into the mountains to Montserrat, where dramatic rock formations, wide views, and an old monastery create a sense of space and reflection.
We visit the monastery and basilica, walk through the surroundings, and speak about Montserrat as a spiritual, cultural, and historical landmark of Catalonia.
After time in the mountains, the route leads us down toward the sea and the coastal town of Sitges.
Here the atmosphere shifts completely — palm-lined promenades, open beaches, and an elegant seaside town shaped by artists, travelers, and local traditions.

Format: A full-day journey that blends Catalonia’s spiritual heart at Montserrat with the seaside charm of Sitges. -
Duration: About 8 hours. A balanced itinerary with a relaxed pace, allowing enough time for both locations and lunch. -
Start/End Point: I will meet you at your hotel, the cruise port, or other location and return you there after our tour. -
Comfort & Pace: Travel in a premium air-conditioned vehicle. While Montserrat has some slopes, we will keep the walking manageable and comfortable. -
Rate & Inclusions: From €1650 per group. Includes my professional guiding, car service, and Basilica tickets. Cremallera (cogwheel train) tickets are not included. -
Optional: "Black Madonna" visit, the Boys' Choir performance, a cremallera ride, the Montserrat Art museum or spend more time at the beach in Sitges.

Entrance tickets to the JMontserrat Monastery are included in the tour price. You won't have to wait in line or worry about purchasing them separately.
You’re in good hands. I can plan routes with minimal stairs and avoid steep streets, I know many places to sit and relax on the way and for day trips, we travel by private car/van. And we can always get a taxi if necessary.
If the weather isn’t great, we can adjust the route to include more covered areas.
